TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FULLPASS TICKET PURCHASE POLICY.

Welcome to our Fullpass Ticket platform. Before using our services, we ask that you carefully read the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using our website and purchasing tickets through our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

Our website provides an online ticketing service where users can purchase tickets for a variety of events, including concerts, festivals, plays and sporting events, among others, and we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about events and facilitate a secure purchasing experience.

REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT.

To use our services, you must register and create a user account. The information provided during the registration process must be accurate and complete, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Therefore, it will be the User's responsibility to report the misuse of his/her account and the data provided.

PURCHASE OF TICKETS.

By purchasing tickets through our platform, you agree to pay the cost of the ticket and any additional charges, as well as taxes and processing fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if it is determined that there has been an error in pricing.

The number of tickets a person may purchase is subject to limitations. In the event that a person exceeds the established limit through one or more purchase transactions, all requests will be cancelled without prior notice and without Fullpass Ticket assuming any responsibility in this regard. If any charge has been made to the client's credit or debit card for purchases that are cancelled due to the aforementioned circumstances, the client will be reimbursed for the totality of the charges made, following the procedures and instructions established by the banking institutions, in accordance with the corresponding deadlines.

The purchase of tickets through Fullpass Ticket will generate a service charge for each ticket or access and a ticket delivery or access shipment charge, as applicable, for each transaction, which may vary depending on the type of delivery selected by the Client and authorized by Fullpass Ticket, all of the above in addition to the face value of the ticket or access. Service, ticket delivery and/or access delivery charges will apply for each ticket purchased through the website.

The service charge is the overall service provided to platform users for the purpose of locating tickets, receiving attention and enabling transactions.

The purchase of tickets through the Fullpass Ticket system is subject to the verification of the personal and card data provided by the customer, as well as to the authorization by the issuing bank of the credit or debit card used for the payment of the requested tickets, or by the accepting bank. In the event that the personal or credit card data provided by the customer does not match the data recorded by the issuing bank, or even if the data matches, but the issuing bank or the accepting bank does not authorize the charge requested by the customer, the purchase will not be processed or completed. In such a case, the tickets will be available for sale to the public without Fullpass Ticket assuming any responsibility in this regard.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the ticket purchase request made through the Fullpass Ticket system constitutes a legally binding offer. Once authorization has been received from the appropriate credit or debit card issuing bank or accepting bank, the purchase transaction shall be considered final and shall not be subject to modification, refund, return or cancellation.

By virtue of the foregoing, the customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that he/she will not be granted the right to request changes, refunds, returns or cancellations, even if he/she does not pick up or print the purchased tickets or if he/she does not use them. Likewise, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that he/she may only request a refund of the cost of the tickets, including Fullpass Ticket service and shipping charges, in the event that the event for which the tickets were purchased is cancelled.

Nos comprometemos a hacer todo lo posible por garantizar la disponibilidad de boletos, si bien no podemos asegurar que siempre habrá boletos disponibles para un evento en particular. La entrega de los boletos se realizará en el formato seleccionado durante el proceso de compra, pudiendo incluir boletos electrónicos enviados por correo electrónico, taquilla virtual, boletos duros, entre otros.

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY OF TICKETS.

Refund and cancellation policies may vary depending on the event and the organizer. We recommend that you review them carefully before making your purchase.

No exchanges or refunds of Tickets will be accepted, except as expressly provided in the Promoter's Terms and Conditions. The Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal or termination.

From Fullpass Ticket we offer a comfortable, easy and safe way to buy tickets, acting as distributors and intermediaries between our clients and the promoters we work with. We do not proceed with refunds but if you made a mistake in the purchase, want to update or change something in your ticket, you must contact us within 72 hours after your purchase and/or 72 hours prior to the event.

The impossibility to attend an Event or the commission of an error in the purchase of the Ticket(s) (for example, for having entered incorrectly the email or other data in the purchase process) are not reasons that allow the Ticket Refund. However, you can always contact our team through the indicated means to receive attention and follow-up.

The service charge is the overall service provided to users of the platform for the purpose of locating tickets, receiving attention and enabling transactions. In case of exchanges, returns or upgrades, no refund will be made as these are separate transactions.

The perfection, completion or realization of the purchase of tickets through the Fullpass Ticket platform is subject to the verification of the personal data and the card provided by the Customer and to the authorization by the issuing bank of the credit or debit card whose data have been provided by the Customer for the payment of the requested tickets or by the accepting bank. If the personal or credit card information provided by the Customer does not match the information available to the credit or debit card issuing bank or, even if the information in question matches, the issuing bank or the accepting bank does not authorize the charge requested by the Customer, the purchase will not be processed or finalized and the tickets will be offered for sale to the public without any liability on the part of Fullpass Ticket.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the ticket purchase request made through the Fullpass Ticket system is a binding offer and that upon receipt of authorization from the appropriate credit or debit card issuing bank or accepting bank, the purchase transaction shall be final and not subject to change, refund, return or cancellation.

By virtue of the foregoing, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall not be entitled to exchanges, refunds, returns or cancellations even in the event that he/she does not print the purchased tickets, does not locate them, has made a mistake in purchasing them or does not make use of them. The Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that it shall only be entitled to a refund of the full cost of the tickets in the event of cancellation of the event for which the tickets were purchased.

For purchases at the box office or other methods, the refund will be made upon presentation of the ticket at the place where it was purchased, without amendments or alterations, starting 48 hours after the corresponding notice and for the period established in the applicable law.

In case of cancellation of an event, the refund will be made within 30 days following the cancellation announcement, and will include the face value of the ticket along with service and shipping charges. In addition, the instructions established by the banking institutions for transactions made with bank cards will be followed. If the payment processor is no longer valid to make refunds, the customer will be asked for the data (name, mail, bank and CLABE) to make a transfer of the amount.

The responsibility for postponing an event rests exclusively with the organizer or, if applicable, in compliance with an order issued by the competent authority. Consequently, Fullpass Ticket is exempted from any responsibility in this regard. In case the event is postponed, the purchased tickets will remain valid for the new scheduled date. However, if the client so requests once the organizer informs the general public about the new date through the user's Fullpass Ticket account, the nominal value of the ticket will be refunded.

IMPORTANT:

A physical or digital ticket will be required at each event; each ticket has a QR code and a unique locator. Fullpass Ticket is not responsible if the ticket is damaged or illegible.

POLICY FOR PICKING UP TICKETS.

Each event notifies the time limit period to pick up the tickets according to the delivery method selected by the customer during the purchase process, which may vary between 48 hours and up to 1 hour before the event. Tickets that are not picked up within the established time will be cancelled and will not be eligible for exchange, refund or reimbursement. Please check the pick-up times for the event you plan to attend.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the ticket purchase process. We reserve the right to cancel your order if it is determined that you have provided false or misleading information.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

All intellectual property rights relating to our website and the content provided are owned by us or our licensors. You are not granted any intellectual property rights in such content, except where expressly authorized by us or the relevant rights holders.

MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION OF SERVICE.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate our services at any time and without notice. In addition, we reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review the updated terms and conditions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption or loss of information.

Fullpass Ticket disclaims any liability for situations arising from third party services or suppliers that are not directly related to the services provided on the website.
